The Role

We are assisting our client to find best person to join their support team in the role of Clinical Team Leader.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a young boy with a brain-injury living in the community in their

own home.

Our client is an energetic, engaging and lively four year old boy who enjoys swimming, sensory play, interacting with animals and playing with friends.

He has a number of complex difficulties which require a high level of supervision to maintain his safety and help him interact with the world around him.

He has multi-disciplinary team input from a range of professionals along with support workers, therapists, friends, and family.

Working collaboratively they support this endearing young man to develop skills and manage behaviours so that he can engage positively with the world around him and achieve a high quality of life.

This position does not involve personal care.

We provide bespoke specialist training in line with the clients complex needs.
Training provided is to a high standard and certificates provided for personal, ongoing CPD evidence. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate core values that align with our clients to:

Essential Requirements Include

  • Ability to work using their own initiative, excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience managing a team of people.
  • Good standard of IT skills and familiar with Excel, Word and Office.

Preferred Requirements Include

  • Previous experience in a similar role, flexibility to work the hours agreed, full driving licence, a positive attitude, a caring disposition and an excellent sense of humour.
