Community Support Worker
£10.00 – £12.00 per hour
Area: Tettenhall, Wolverhampton
Type: Permanent (18 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced support worker to care for our 14-year-old son, who has Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
Our son needs support with therapy programmes, access to the Community and all his activities of daily living.
We need an enthusiastic, positive and flexible person to add to our team of three.
The position is for 18 hours per week, however there will be opportunity for additional hours, particularly in the school holidays.
This position involves support with personal care.

Preferred Requirements Include:
Previous experience in a similar role or demonstrate a willingness to learn,
Ability to work as part of a team on a rota to include days, weekends and nights,
A full driving licence,
Excellent computer, verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills,
A flexible and positive attitude,
A caring disposition and an excellent sense of humour,
The ability to motivate and enable.
