The Role
We are looking for a support worker to care for our client who is a 15-year-old boy, with Cerebral Palsy.
Our client needs support with therapy programmes, access to the Community and all his activities of daily living.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing team. We need enthusiasm, positivity, and flexibility.
This position does involve personal care.

Requirements
Essential Requirements Include

Ability to work using their own initiative, full driving licence, excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills, previous experience in a similar role.
Preferred Requirements Include

Flexibility to work the hours agreed, a positive attitude, a caring disposition and an excellent sense of humour.
